, is channeling his passion for Wu-Tang Clan into an extravagant experience for the ages. At an upcoming event, which will cost $60,000 to produce, Suntha will feature nine TBD chefs (a nod to Wu-Tang's nine members) and will serve 36 courses in tribute to the iconic hip-hop group's debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). Dishes, like the "Ooh Baby, I Like it Raw" (an albacore dish with beets, roasted chilis, and amarantha) and the "One Blood Under W" (blood sausage and brioche), will derive inspiration from Wu-Tang lyrics, and local mixologist Friendly Gomez will craft themed cocktails, like the "Ghost-Trace Killah" (Buffalo Trace bourbon, maple, lemon, mint, and egg white). Other attractions include a Wu-Tang-themed escape room, live painting, and cello covers of Wu-Tang songs. Suntha is also entering an Eventbrite contest that could land him $10,000 more for his event budget, which could mean him bringing in some "special guests" (possibly members of Wu-Tang?). The date for the event has not yet been set, but it's slated for September or October and will cost around $333 to attend.
