Hoang Lan is a hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese spot known for its awesome bun bo hue, a lemongrassy noodle soup served with tons of stuff on the side—bean sprouts, cabbage, banana blossoms, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime (mix it all in!). Note: conveniently located near the Othello light-rail station, but not-so-conveniently cash only.
