Three of the children of the founders of pho institution Pho Bac have opened a hip, neon-adorned new location with pho, a full bar, and bites like prawn ceviche, sliders, and fried egg rolls in the space that formerly housed Pho Viet. Snack on their house Unfortunate Cookie Mix, a signature blend of peanuts, crushed fortune cookies, chili oil, and black sesame, alongside cocktails.
