Star bartender Erik Hakkinen (formerly of Pike Place's Zig Zag Cafe) opened this romantic new French-inspired Belltown bar, featuring interpretations of the Negroni, old-fashioned, Mai Tai, and Vesper, plus wine, beer, and low-alcohol French ciders. There's also fancy snacks like tinned seafood and crackly, fried-to-order chicharrónes.
