Restaurateur Ethan Stowell, who counts over a dozen restaurants (including popular spots like Goldfinch Tavern and How to Cook a Wolf) among his portfolio, will expand his empire even more with an upcoming 2,232-square-foot location of his Italian restaurant Tavolàta downtown inside the new "Urban Village" shopping center. Like its other locations in Belltown and Capitol Hill, the restaurant will offer handmade pasta along with cocktails and wine. Opening spring 2020.
