Top Chef: Portland fan favorite Shota Nakajima's late-night bar Taku is inspired by the street food of Osaka. The spot features karaage chicken, marinated, battered, and twice-fried, which Shota's mom made for him growing up. There's also kegged cocktails, boilermakers, and Suntory Whisky highballs made with a Toki highball machine (similar to the magical one at Tamari Bar).
