Gabriel Rucker and Andy Fortgang's smash-hit cafe and wine restaurant Canard has come to Oregon City. In addition to established favorites like steam burgers, oeufs en mayonnaise, and foie gras dumplings, the outpost serves new dishes like ricotta gnocchi with corn, tomatoes, and basil and smoked pork chops with scallion pancakes and nectarine XO sauce.
