Acclaimed chef Matt Lightner, who formerly worked at Castagna and as the executive chef at the Michelin-starred Atera in New York City, heads up this new restaurant at the Tributary Hotel in McMinnville. Lightner serves a hyper-seasonal tasting menu within the elegant, nature-inspired space, which also features a downstairs cellar bar and lounge with a wine library curated by local wine expert Ron Acierto.
