Take a jaunt to Sauvie Island and enjoy the sights of picturesque Topaz Farm. Resident "farm-to-plate" Christian Ephrem, who was born in Addis Ababa, will prepare a multi-course, family-style dinner inspired by the cuisine of the African coast, made with farm-fresh ingredients.
