Oregon chef will compete on new show
Oregon chef Matt Kuerbis will be a contestant on an episode of TBS's new series A Rat in the Kitchen, which features chef Ludo Lefebvre and comedian Natasha Leggero, on April 14. The show puts a twist on the standard cooking competition show format by having chefs deal with a secret infiltrator who attempts to sabotage their cooking.
Laurelwood Brewing Co. buys brand back from Ninkasi
The Northeast Portland brewery Laurelwood Brewing, which sold its distribution and brand rights to the beer behemoth Ninkasi's parent company Legacy Breweries in 2019, has purchased back its rights and will return to focusing on its home market.
