Seattle Coffee Works, the fair-trade coffee company who arrived on the city's scene in 2004, is set to launch its next venture: Capitol Coffee Works, a coffee roastery and cafe nestled in the heart of the Central District. In the spirit of transparency, the team behind both Seattle Coffee Works and Capitol Coffee Works has promised an annual "authenticity report," which will provide data, new findings and information to stakeholders about the progress of the company's sustainability mission. Capitol Coffee Works' grand opening is set for Memorial Day Weekend, on May 29 from 10 am - 5 pm.
