Marination Mobileās shiny truck roams all over the city bringing Hawaiian-Korean food to the people, but if you want to sit down (and have a beer) with your Marination Mobilation, thereās their Capitol Hill stationary location--you still order at the counter, but there are a few spare stools. The kalbi beef tacos, the aloha sliders, the kimchi fried riceā¦ it is all really good.
