With a blend of recent acquisitions and artworks borrowed from private collections, Traces is a meditation on the poetics of memory seen in contemporary art. In Traces, seven international artists—Anne Chu, Nohemí Pérez, Cornelia Parker, Tatiana Trouvé, Maja Ruznic, and others—grasp at their own memories, interpreting them through found object sculpture, printmaking, painting, and drawing.
