This Sellwood fried chicken operation comes from Bullard co-owners Doug Adams and Jen Quist. Besides fried chicken, there's also plenty of bar snacks, such as crispy pork "cigars" and pimento cheese with crackers, plus entrees like grilled pork chops and trout. The spot also features 16 taps and a drinks menu that ranges from "Textbook Plays" (classic cocktails) like the Old Pal to "Technical Fouls" (newer inventions) like a verde vodka soda and a Lambrusco cobbler, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
