The Inspiration: We’ve been making smash burgers for some time… but now that everybody is doing that, it’s time to go back to thick! We are rolling out a nice thick Painted Hills Beef burger. Then we wanted spice! So we went to the summer classic pimento cheese, and kicked it all off with a nice spicy sauce.
