What's on it?: 6oz grass-fed burger patty with pink peppercorn aioli, peppered bacon, heirloom tomato, truffle cheddar, and butter lettuce, served on a Portland French brioche bun.
The Inspiration: Just an old-fashioned Portland native inspired by the Pacific Northwest's nature, from which the earthy aromas of truffle combined with fresh local ingredients appeal to the local wonderer and seeker of good taste.
Drink Special: Jim Beam shot and a Laurelwood beer for $6
