A downstairs pan-Caribbean bar called Sousòl Add to a List (Haitian Creole for "basement") is set to follow in two weeks. Gourdet has been vocal about his sobriety, and both the bar and restaurant will feature plentiful zero-proof options in addition to cocktails, beer, and Oregon wine.
