Woodland Park Zoo has implemented several policies to ensure a safe and fun environment for all ZooTunes’ guests this season:

• Bag Check: Clear bags that are 16” x 16” x 5” or smaller are allowed in the venue provided that they do not contain items on our prohibited items list. Small clutch-style purses/handbags no larger than 6.5” x 4.5” are the sole exception.
• Tickets are only available online and will not be sold at the Zoo gates.
• Children, two years of age and under, do not require a ticket to attend ZooTunes, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Once a child turns three, they will need their own full-priced paid ticket.
• No outside Food & Beverage will be allowed at any ZooTunes concerts. Sealed water bottles and empty refillable water bottles (non-glass) are acceptable. All refreshments must be purchased on site and we have an excellent selection of craft beer, wine, soda products, water and an assortment of food items including allergy friendly choices.
