Carkeek Park's point is located in a prime spot wth views of Whidbey Island, the Kitsap Peninsula, and the Olympic Mountains. The park and the park workers/volunteers aim to preserve the natural beauty of the park through restoration of the forest, building trails, creating sustainable gardens, and educating park visitors.
