"We invite you to join us as we finally return to the stage, to drink and exploit our younger selves for your entertainment! The idea is simple: Seattleites stand and read from their worst adolescent writing, including middle school diaries, high school poetry, unsent letters, etc. Founded in 2005, the Salon is cathartic for readers and hilarious for listeners. Everybody wins when it comes to embarrassment!
Got something to read? We're still looking for more readers, so sign up today! Verified readers get themselves and a friend in for free!" (Promo Copy)

Please note that Covid is still a thing, so we need to do the stuff: you *must* bring proof of vaccination and wear a mask to the venue. See Theatre Off Jackson's website for further details.
ALSO! In light of the recent loss of protections and rights afforded women and their bodies by way of the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade, we are donating the proceeds of this show to Shout Your Abortion.
We stand in solidarity with their mission of "normalizing abortion and elevating safe paths to access, regardless of legality." Your donation will help them "make resources, campaigns, and media intended to arm existing activists, create new ones, and foster collective participation in abortion access all over the country." We encourage everyone to get involved and donate to the cause regardless of whether or not you can attend!
