Owner Clare McCormic was studying accounting when she realized she hated it. She went to culinary school, worked in restaurants, and now brings Seattle her food truck with its awesome-sounding sandwiches, like porchetta (pork belly, garlic/parsley spread, ciabatta), or chicken confit (chicken thighs, olive oil, sauteed onions, broccolini, tomato spread, potato loaf), or pea pesto (pea pesto, black pepper goat cheese, radish, red bell pepper, red onion, lemony greens, ciabatta)—all "Good food made from scratch!"
